THQ would have had no say in the content of stalker during its development as GSC Game World developed stalker independant of any well known western puplishers. While I dont know who fronted the money for this, I do know it wasent THQ, who simply picked it up and distributed it in the United States as they did with another great independent game Armed Assault.

So all I am saying is that whoever decided to avoid any potential royalty issues from the weapon manufacturers, it wasent THQ and it may have been GSC Gameworld themselves, either way you go color and certian detials of spot on realism as well as proper names are a dumb thing to waste money on when you can get within enough so that people can read between the lines.

Though thanks for releasing it and giving us the unofficial option, as I do like realism, though I did like the green stock and hand pieces to the AK-74, twas spiffy looking, course they lost all points on it with that Mp5 mashtogether...

ANywho, I hope the mp5 is part of the pack as it was the only one that realy needed it, though the others still look damned good by comparison, just not that much so that I would get pissed at some one for not releasing it officialy.
